I love sewing patterns.

There are new pattern brands springing up all the time. As with many things in life not all patterns are created equal. When picking patterns I look for good fit on the samples in the photos, good reviews from other makers/bloggers and the ease of use of the pattern when I am trying out a new brand.
To help you shortcut to some brands I love if you are new to dressmaking, or to maybe introduce you to some new brands if you are an old hand, here is a list of brands that I have tried and am a big fan of to get you started.
